How to Install

1. Download the archive and extract it.
2. Copy "Fallout 3 Enclave Flags" folder.
3. Open the Wallpaper Engine installation folder.
4. Paste the folder you've copied to Steam\steamapps\common\wallpaper_engine\projects\defaultprojects
5. Select "Fallout 3 Flags" on Wallpaper Engine.
